A fascinating talk by Sangharakshita, given on FWBO Day 1991. With characteristic clarity Sangharrakshita explains how one, as individual and as the FWBO, need to "Know Ourselves" and illumines five vital pillars, being; ideas, practices, institutions, experiments, and imaginations, with which one can achieve it.
