| Summary/Abstract |
This program is on fourth Tulku Conference organised by the Council of Culture and Religious Affairs, Dharamsala, held at Sarnath. The conference is attended by all Tibetan Tulkus and religious heads. Provides a forum for the presentation of progress reports and discussion on their works for preservation and promotion of Tibetan Buddhist cultural heritage. The conference is chaired by H. H The Dalai lama and consists of introduction and welcome addresses by Secretary of Council and Prof. S. Rinpoche respectively.
