Summary/Abstract |
Tibetan Government in Exile convenes the General Assembly which is a equivalent to parliament. It provides a forum for the presentation of progress reports and discussion of future plans or issues of national importance. This program includes the whole of His Holiness' opening address to the 1992 Assembly and speech that recalls the 10th March Uprising Day of Tibetan people.
