Summary / Abstaract (Note)This program is set on Dhardo Rinpoche's death ritual. Being such a highly respected, and well liked Lama, hundred of peoples were involved in the traditional Tibetan death ritual. The program begins with ten minutes of the Rinpoche performing a puja for beings in the Bardo, recorded in 1988, then moves to the ceremonies, rituals and processions first in Kalimpong, then in Goom, where his body was cremated. Strong, evocative music was composed by Bodhivajra to accompany some of the scenes.
